Yes. Condominium and Common Interest Community Associations must provide notice to all owners of any meeting of the board. This includes open or closed sessions. Notice must me be sent or delivered to the owners in accordance with the various acts and provisions in the association’s declaration. Owners have a right to attend any meeting of the board that is open. Owners do not have rights to attend meeting of boards that are closed for the limited purposes provided in each Act for which association boards may have closed sessions.
